DISHED is a premier forum that brings together senior housing owners, operators and culinary experts for a day of insightful discussion, networking, demonstrations, and of course — great food. We are currently seeking subject matter experts to join the growing speaker roster. If  you’re a chef or operator with a unique take on dining or have reinvigorated their communities dining experience — we want to hear from you!

Session Types

Panel Discussion: Our interactive panel discussions bring three to four panelist together to offer differing perspectives and commentary on the industries most pressing issues. Panels are moderated by one of SHN’s knowledgeable editorial staff. The discussion lasts for 45 minutes, with 10-15 minutes designated for Q&A.
